Broken Water Supply Hose – A Common Culprit of Leaking Washers
Water supply hoses that deliver hot and cold water to the unit often wear out at the connection point. Check the rubber O-ring inside the hose and the connection in the back of the unit for any damage or wear. Wipe around the connection with a paper towel to check for any signs of water leakage.
Problem with the Rubber Gasket
A tiny hole in the gasket between the drum assembly and the external wall of the unit can cause water to leak inside the unit and onto the floor. Check the rubber seal with a flashlight for any damages or wear.
