When you fill out our online service-request form we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your service address
- The appliance you need repaired and a description of the issue
- Your preferred contact method
We also collect basic, anonymous traffic data through Cloudflare (the provider that hosts this website) — for example IP addresses, request URLs, and approximate geographic region — to operate the site securely and to understand which pages our visitors find useful.
How we use it
We use the information you provide only to schedule and complete your appliance repair, to provide quotes, and to follow up about your service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store and protect it
Form submissions are emailed to our service inbox via Cloudflare's MailChannels integration and are stored in our regular email systems. We only keep information for as long as needed to fulfil your service request and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep the site running smoothly and to protect against abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email service@fairappliancerepair.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable time, in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).
